1. Where does Rent Flux provide property management services?
Answer - We manage property within Pune and Part of PCMC. Our plan is to expand our reach to serve you better.
Currently, we manage properties in Shivajinagar, Aundh, Baner, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Pimple Saudagar, Balewadi, Bavdhan, Sakal Nagar, Katraj, Ambegaon, NIBM, Kondhwa, Sinhagad Road, Kothrud, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Kalyani Nagar, and Keshav Nagar, etc.

2. What is the enrollment process?
Answer - First register your property with rentflux by filling out the form in the registration section.
You will get a call from our team within 24 hours from our team. The call will take up 20 mins of your time as our team will explain the SOP of our company and will also explain the fee structure.
If you decide to go ahead with Rentflux, we will schedule a meeting with you on the property site for property inspection with two days or as per your convenience.
Within 3 days our team will reach out to you once again and explain the property status for your property and will give you a feedback.
Based on the feedback, if your property gets the green signal we go ahead with your signing agreement with Rentflux and our relationship starts 😁
3. How do I hand over the keys to Rent Flux?
Answer - We can send our executive to collect it in Pune.
4. What is a "First Time Inspection Report"?
Answer - Inspection includes checking the condition of the property, preparing inventory list available in property, suggesting rental range and photos of property etc.
5. Who will be the point of contact in case my tenant needs any help?
Answer - Rent Flux will be the first point of contact for your tenant. We are there to work on your behalf and help him/her.
